Here you will find other effects that cam be easily adapted on your website, if you want to create some sort of scary theme.

Blur effect: this cool effect is not so hard to create. Open the source file and ignore the first layer. As you can see, over the blur , there are some shapes appearing. That thing we did in the second layer by drawing some random shapes with the brush tools, and we did that in couple of frames.

Let's pass to the main effect, the blurring of the stage. The principle is simple: place a picture as background on the last layer and on the upper one place another picture in the same position but make this one a movie clip. Inside the Movie Clip we rotate just a bit the picture around its center. We also decrease its _alpha parameter so this movement is transparent. Also we put a blank frame at the end. So what you see different that the blur, that's the original photo.
